Negotiation Skills Training online course is a CPD-approved program consisting of four modules: What is Negotiation?, Key Negotiation Stages and Skills, Negotiating Positions, and The Negotiation. It covers the basics of negotiation, essential skills, and practical advice to become a more effective negotiator. The course duration is approximately 1 Hour. A pass percentage of 70% is required for each module.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a certification of achievement from GreenBox Management, recognising their proficiency in negotiation skills.
